Keep an eye out for local wildlife, especially spider monkeys, which are often seen swinging through the trees!

Authorities are implementing measures to protect the environment and ensure sustainable tourism practices in the region.

Measures such as monitoring visitor numbers, improving infrastructure, and promoting responsible tourism are being put in place to balance the economic benefits of tourism with environmental preservation.

The Ruta de los Cenotes offers a unique experience, connecting visitors to nature and Mayan history.
