Cancun is hosting Mexico's most important theater festival for the first time in its 45-year history. 

The 45th National Theatre Showcase runs through November 15, bringing 29 productions and 87 activities to venues across the city, from Teatro de la Ciudad to outdoor stages at Parque de las Palapas.

Over 500 artists from 16 states are participating, with programming focused on migration, mestizaje, and multiculturalism, themes that resonate deeply with life on our Caribbean coast.
