- Dives are organized in shifts of no more than 30 minutes, with groups of up to five people per guide.
- Visitors must wear life jackets at all times.
- Touching whale sharks is prohibited, and swimmers must maintain a distance of at least five meters.
- Sunscreen and non-biodegradable creams are not allowed.
